- 7+ years industry experience with WMS sales & implementations
- A strong track record on hitting & exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships in the supply chain industry
- Natural talent for soft selling, being compelling, and hearing the unspoken
- Exceptional ability to develop relationships, with a keen understanding of the WMS industry's trends and challenges
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and persuasion skills, capable of effectively presenting our solutions to stakeholders ranging from C-level executives to warehouse operations managers
- Outstanding creative problem solving skills, including the ability to position the specific value-drivers of the Da Vinci Unified platform & team to showcase compelling customer solutions that motivate buying decisions
- Lead the sales journey post-lead qualification, from initial Discovery Call through to contract closure.
- Develop a thorough understanding of customer needs & pain points, and develop tailored solutions that deliver compelling value with prospect needs.
- Manage the sales pipeline, driving qualified sales opportunities effectively through the pipeline.
- Become an SME on the Da Vinci Unified WMS and conduct in depth demo's
- Achieve quarterly sales quotas with opportunities for progressive commissions on quota overperformance
- Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to target key markets and industries, driving both direct and team sales efforts.
- Research and identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the WMS industry through primary outreach.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing team to create targeted campaigns that resonate with potential clients.
- Utilize CRM and sales automation tools to manage the sales pipeline and generate insightful performance reports.

Your Role and Impact
As a seasoned Senior Account Executive with a proven track record in the WMS or related SaaS industries, you will be critical in driving Da Vinci's revenue growth and market share. Your expertise in building relationships, positioning Da Vinci's value and driving sales processes will be instrumental in winning new customer contracts. You'll have an essential role in shaping our sales strategy and leading the company to midmarket leadership over the next 3-5 years. Your role will focus on building & nurturing new client relationships, and leveraging the Da Vinci Unified platform to meet and exceed sales targets.
