Job Description:

Disposition:
Disposing of raw materials in the self-service meat department

Workflow optimization:
Planning processes with our merchandise management program (CSB)

Planning process:
Planning sales volumes - also for promotional and seasonal items

Collaboration:
Coordination with production departments and purchasing

Inventory management:
Managing inventory levels

Analysis:
Creating and maintaining various statistics

Education:
Completed commercial training or as a specialist for food technology / butcher (m/f/d) with additional commercial training or equivalent qualifications acquired through work experience and further training measures

Knowledge:
Experience in the field of food disposition (desirable), as well as familiarity with merchandise management programs (CSB) and proficiency in MS Office products

Skills:
Analytical thinking, quick comprehension, and strong communication skills

Work style:
High level of personal responsibility and organizational skills.
