Infrastructure System Engineer (m/f/d)

Then become part of my client's dynamic team in the Freiburg area.

Responsibilities:

  • Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure components
  • Assistance with troubleshooting and problem-solving in IT operations
  • Management and maintenance of networks, servers, and workstations
  • Implementation of security solutions and monitoring of system integrity
  • Consultation and support for clients on-site for IT questions and issues
  • Documentation of system changes and completed work

Requirements:

  • Completed education or degree in computer science, IT system administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, including network technologies, server administration, and client operating systems
  • Experience in customer support and strong communication skills
  • Independent and structured work style, as well as teamwork abilities
  • Willingness to occasionally travel for work and flexibility in working hours
  • Class B driver's license
