What to expect
- Independent management of a nursery group including a team of employees
- Education and upbringing of children according to our pedagogical concept
- Participation in the continuous conceptual development
- Observation and documentation of the learning and development processes of the children
- Collaboration with parents in an educational partnership
- 25 hours/week, possibly more, including 15.4 hours of management responsibilities
What sets you apart
- Recognized educator, elementary educator, diploma in social pedagogy or equivalent qualification
- Enjoyment of working with children in nursery age
- Commitment to continuous conceptual development
- Empathy and sensitivity
- Diverse professional and educational competencies

- Solid PC skills
- Experience with quality management processes (desirable)
