Outside Sales- Artificial Grass, Putting Greens – West Valley & Valley Wide. F/T P/T or 1099 Contractor

Arizona Turf Masters LLC is a locally owned company that sells and installs the industries most natural, realistic and technologically advanced synthetic grass, putting greens and athletic field turfs. We are searching for a highly motivated, goal oriented individuals for residential & commercial sales. We keep employees long term This is not a burn and turn position, we want you to join our family. Your are compensated based on your own personal desire and motivation

The candidate must have:

• 2 years of proven sales experience - Or ability to prove you can

• A friendly sales approach - Be nice to everyone including the customer

• Office skills - Microsoft office -- Excel, Word, etc - Some basic knowledge

• Own presentable transportation, proof of insurance, valid AZ driver's license (till company vehicle is earned)

• A strong work ethic - Bring you best Game Face

• Organizational and time management skills - Your time is yours dont waste mine.

• Clean background -- no misdemeanors, felonies, or recent DUI's

Other skills that are a plus but not required:

• Landscaping sales & design
• Estimating or bidding

• Previous synthetic grass and putting green knowledge

• Building or construction experience

• Graphic design experience - flyers, brochures, and other marketing materials

Some leads will be provided through Arizona Turf Masters and their sister company The Synthetic Grass Store, however the remainder of the leads must be generated by the candidate by developing relationships with landscape contractors, builders, architects, schools, government agencies, etc.

Might include: Training held at the design center for the first several weeks of employment along with outside appointments with other estimator. Does include 1 Saturday a month in Showroom. Additionally attendance at trade shows, public events and social networking will be necessary.

Commissions are calculated from the profit of each job. Commissions will be paid upon final completion and payment in full of each job.
