- Engage with various Prime and Government customers regularly to define and influence business needs
- Understand the competitive landscape, identify potential channel partners to drive growth
- Generate revenue through collaborative efforts within Honeywell with Integrated Supply Chain, Product Lines, Business Development, and L&C
- Deploy and maintain technical self-service solutions, and digital order management solutions for enhanced efficiency
- Promote customer digital adoption and conduct user forums for channel partners to integrate into Honeywell's digital roadmap (MyAerospace, Direct Access)
- Achieve business financial results in terms of orders and margins
- Contribute to Strategic Plan (STRAP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) development and achievement

- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or business management
- Prior experience with the USAF
- Prior experience in leading proposals
- Master's Degree is a plus
- Experience with USAF Acquisition

The Sales Director for the USAF Customer Business Team (CBT) oversees all aspects of pipeline development for the USAF team in collaboration with the current Customer Business Managers (CBMs). This position is accountable for achieving challenging annual sales, profit, and growth targets by promoting Honeywell products, services, and capabilities. Responsibilities include managing a specific group of key customers, establishing long-term exclusive agreements, defining short- and long-term growth strategies, and identifying new potential customers for Honeywell Aerospace products. Interacting with a wide customer base, you will create product roadmaps, enhance services to boost customer satisfaction, margins, and sales performance.
You will be responsible for the relational components of USAF CBT goals within the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for orders and margins while coordinating with all Honeywell value chain functions. Building and nurturing relationships with the customer base, as well as supporting the Honeywell CBMs in meeting yearly objectives, are crucial aspects of the role. Engage with customers, interpret their requirements into Honeywell specifications, craft customer roadmaps, and develop future sales pipelines for designated customers.
