Duties:


  • You will maintain up to date information on assigned programs and activities to facilitate briefings to leadership.
  • You will develop issue papers on assigned programs.
  • You will coordinate with military, government civilian, and contractor personnel to develop and execute capability studies, assessments, and comparative analysis products to inform on investment decisions.
  • You will ensure proper obligation and execution of funds are within guidelines.
  • You will collaborate with personnel and stakeholders to support the development of investment strategies.

Qualifications:


  • Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties related to the following: 1) Maintaining up to date information on programs in order to facilitate briefings with higher level personnel or leadership. 2) Coordinating or executing capability studies, assessments, or comparative analysis to support the development of future Information Warfare (IW) capabilities. 3) Providing budget, programmatic and financial analysis in support of programs. 4) Communicating with Program Office personnel regarding Obligations, Expenditures, and Mid-Year Review reporting on assigned programs. 5) Developing Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) recommendations for Information Warfare or Navy programs. 6) Developing analytical tools and methodologies to produce innovative assessments and recommendations.
  • Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.

Education:

There is no substitute of education for experience for this series at this grade level.
