//electrical-Summary of Job Duties:This non-tenure track position will be in a leading research role for power electronic packaging efforts for HiDEC and the UA Power Group. They will interact with tenure-track faculty, technical staff and graduate students in pursuit of research and scholarly activities under federal and industry funding. This position will supervise post-Docs and graduate students. They will also help to coordinate and manage research projects in packaging and related areas.

In the role of Research Assistant Professor, the individual is further expected to write proposals, participate in research projects, supervise students while holding graduate faculty status, and disseminate research results through publications in archival journals and conference proceedings.

Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Qualifications:
Minimum

Qualifications:

D. in electrical engineering or related field from an accredited institution of higher education, conferred by the start of employment

Direct experience in power electronic packaging, research, development, fabrication and testing
At least 3 years Post-Doc experience or equivalent
