- Drywall Repair: Filling holes caused by nails or minor dings from normal wear and tear, typically during apartment turnovers.
- Painting: Performing minor touch-ups following damage repair and applying new coats of paint to unit walls between residents.
- Appliance Repair: Repairing, replacing, or installing household appliances such as stoves, dishwashers, microwaves, refrigerators, washers, and dryers.
- Preventative Maintenance: Conducting maintenance on heating and air-conditioning systems, plumbing fixtures, and smoke detectors.
- Health and Safety Maintenance: Ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents by performing necessary health and safety maintenance tasks.
- Lock Installation: Installing locks to enhance the security of our properties.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in all maintenance trades, including plumbing, electrical work, drywall repair, painting, and appliance repair.
