The Technical Service is part of Vonovia as a service provider for craft services with over 5,000 employees. We quickly, reliably and professionally carry out maintenance work and minor repairs nationwide and renovate apartments. What you'll do
Well-maintained and beautifully designed outdoor areas provide our properties with the perfect setting.

You will become a professional when it comes to designing green spaces, paths, fences and playgrounds in a way that our tenants feel completely comfortable outside their four walls.

Of course, the use of state-of-the-art equipment and machinery is essential, and you know how to handle them professionally.

Soon, you will be able to independently set up construction sites, plan with an eye for aesthetics and fresh ideas.

You are persistent and accurate in implementation and equally motivated in maintaining outdoor areas and winter services. After your training, no one will know more about plants than you, because then you will be the expert.
