Description

For our client in Nuremberg, a globally leading transport service provider, we are currently looking for a full-time, permanent Senior Technician (m/f/d) for maintenance in direct placement.
In this role, you will take on the technical team leadership (m/f/d) of a team of 3-4 technicians.

Your tasks

Technical leadership of a team of technicians (3-4 employees)
Creation of shift schedules
Planning and ensuring the execution of preventive maintenance plans
Accompanying maintenance, repairs and installations by external service providers
Analysis of causes for malfunctions to ensure high system availability
Implementation of shutdown procedures for maintenance activities

Your profile

Successfully completed training as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d), electronics technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification, ideally with further training as a master (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d)
3-5 years of professional experience in the maintenance field
Knowledge of automation technology desirable
First experience in leading employees advantageous
Fluent German language skills (spoken and written) and good English language skills
