We are seeking a proactive and innovative Financial Analyst


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organize and streamline capital fundraising efforts, ensuring efficient processes and clear communication.
  • Provide strategic clarity to senior management regarding fundraising opportunities, progress, and future strategies.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to assess fundraising potential and evaluate investment opportunities.
  • Manage due diligence processes related to fundraising activities, from data collection to analysis.
  • Engage in strategic discussions with key stakeholders to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals.
  • Prepare and present fundraising proposals and progress reports to senior management and investment committees.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Development teams to integrate fundraising strategies into overall business plans.
  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support fundraising initiatives and decisionmaking.
  • Support quarterly business reviews by providing insights into fundraising performance and market trends.
  • Evaluate potential fundraising opportunities based on market data and forecasts.
  • Assist in developing and implementing fundraising strategies to support organizational growth objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
  • 13 years of experience in real estate finance, acquisitions, asset management, or affordable housing financing, with familiarity in the LIHTC program.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Knowledge of nontraditional financing structures is advantageous.
  • Must have strong analytical skills.
  • Experience in real estate transactions beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with good knowledge of MS Word and Power Point.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Ethical, teamoriented, and detailfocused.
  • Familiarity with Costar, a commercial real estate information service.
