    Description:
     Develops estimates based off norms capturing all materials, subcontractors, and labor for all crafts.


    Key Responsibilities:
     Develop and submit estimates in a step by step method approved by client leads for Civil, Structural, Piping, and Mechanical.
     Track estimate requests and due dates, and ensure we are meeting delivery deadlines.
     Set up estimate review meetings with stakeholders prior to submittal to client.
     Attend and review your estimate with stakeholders and answer any questions pertaining to the estimates.
     Enter your estimate log per department.

    Skills and Capabilities:
     Proficient in MS Excel
     Deadline driven.
     Ability to respond to changes in priorities while still meeting deadlines.
     Excellent organizational skills
     Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities, and see projects through to completion.
     Strong written and verbal communication skills
     Employ problem-solving skills and analysis,
     Ability to report roadblocks to the Project Controls Manager and Site Manager as needed.

    Qualifications:
     Refinery field craft or supervisory experience

    Physical Requirements:
     Job may require long periods of sedentary work.
