Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team that is familar with the insurance industry practices. The Estimator will play a crucial role in analyzing project specifications and preparing cost estimates for construction projects.

If you have a strong background in fire and water restoration and construction estimating and project management, we encourage you to apply.

Duties:

• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates
• Collaborate with insurance adjusters
• Utilize software tools such as Xactimate, Docusketch

Skills:

• Proficiency in Xactimate for a mínimal of 5 years
• Experience collaborating with insurance adjusters
• Knowledge of construction management principles
• Ability to build accurate estimates based on project requirements
• Excellent communication skills
• Prior experience with PSP insurance programs

Pay:
From $50,000.00 per year


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
