We are currently seeking a
Quality Inspector (m/f/d) for our prestigious industrial client at their location in Dahlewitz, Burtonsville, MD.


Your responsibilities:


  • Conducting visual inspections and quality checks of aviation components, particularly engine parts, during production
  • Assessing and addressing any damages or defects, and providing support in resolving issues
  • Organizing materials and identifying necessary corrective measures
  • Managing deviations and documenting inspection results in SAP
  • Conducting inventory checks and participating in meetings with all process stakeholders

Your profile:


  • Completed technical training in a relevant field such as aircraft mechanic, aircraft builder, industrial mechanic, metalworker, etc. (m/f/d) with additional qualification as a technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d)
  • Several years of experience in the aviation industry
  • Experience in manufacturing and quality assurance
  • Familiarity with component approvals, technical drawings, documentation, and processes
  • Knowledge of first article inspection, product and process acceptance, and NC management for engines
  • Familiarity with EN 9100, ISO 9001, and ideally EASA Part 21 standards
  • Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
