The company pro aurum specializes in trading and storing gold, silver, platinum, and palladium and is one of the market leaders in the German-speaking region with around 130 employees.

Our headquarters is the "Goldhaus" in Munich; we also have branches in Bad Homburg, Berlin, Dresden, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Saarbrücken, Stuttgart, and Ulm.

Additionally, we have a subsidiary in Switzerland. We provide advice, trade, and evaluate traditional investments in precious metals.

For our planned second location in Berlin, we are currently seeking a full-time and permanent Customer Advisor (m/f/d) in precious metal trading.

Your responsibilities (among others): You advise our private customers on buying and selling and represent our company externally. You build sustainable customer relationships and maintain them through targeted contact.

You independently handle customer orders/requests in person and over the phone, assist with the evaluation of precious metals such as bars, coins, and jewelry, and also handle the purchase of scrap gold.

You are responsible for managing the cash register (cash and debit card payments), recording purchases and sales, regularly conducting inventory checks, and performing daily closing procedures.

You are also responsible for issuing and accepting goods and for managing safety deposit boxes on-site. Your tasks are rounded off by participating in customer events and campaigns.
