Key Responsibilities

As a successful Supervisor / Team Leader, you act as the liaison and spokesperson between store management and sales assistants, ensuring a smooth daily operation
Through regular communication with store management, you stay uptodate and relay important information to your team in a timely manner
You prioritize the customer and your team, actively working on the sales floor, providing excellent service, and creating unforgettable shopping experiences
As an inspiring role model and passionate salesperson, you motivate your team to achieve top performance
With enthusiasm and passion, you support in ensuring that the right employees, who represent our brand and inspire our customers, are in the right place at the right time
You know how to present our products in an inspiring and salespromoting way, in line with our visual merchandising standards
With great attention to detail, you also support your management in employee development and train your team on product knowledge and sales techniques
You always keep an eye on store KPIs and identify and implement effective solutions for improvement
You also actively contribute to the organization of the stockroom (replenishment, recalls, loss prevention) to ensure optimal flow of goods
