Your Responsibilities:

Leading a team of HR managers and responsible for their performance and development
Developing and implementing strategies for effective personnel management and development within the company
Ensuring the training and development of employees to enhance their skills and competencies
Ensuring compliance with all labor laws and company policies related to personnel management
Independently handling operational personnel processes (e.g. creating employment contracts, determining job classifications, etc.) from entry to termination of employment
Advising managers and employees on personnelrelated matters
Developing and implementing measures to promote a positive work environment and employee retention

Your Profile:

Completed degree, preferably with a focus on HR or equivalent qualification
At least 3 years of experience in a (technical) leadership role in personnel management or HR
Solid generalist HR knowledge with several years of relevant work experience in the context of labor law and personnel management
