    Job Description SummaryThe Greenville Plant Manager will provide leadership to all organizations and individuals in the Greenville factory to meet customer requirements for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

    You will drive operational excellence and continue our path of Lean transformation, while building on a culture of inclusion and respect for people, and continuous improvement.

    This role will play a key role within the Gas Power Supply Chain organization.

    Job DescriptionEssential ResponsibilitiesAs the Plant Manager, you will:

    Lead the establishment and attainment of plant goals in Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost (SQDC)Strategically develop, coach, and motivate staff leaders to guide production and support organizations for optimum day-to-day operationsWork with customers, cross-functional leaders, and internal staff to meet production requirements to deliver on-time to our customers and achieve business outcomesEstablish site culture and priorities with a clear focus on business execution, effective employee communication & relations, and the embodiment of the GE Vernova WayInfluence the Lean roadmap for the facilityEnsure strong collaboration with the engineering team to ensure perfect launch of new products (NPI) and processes.

    Leverage budgeting and regular planning, forecasting and SI&OP rhythms to drive the organization to ensure that scheduling, capacity, and headcount are aligned to ensure plant success,Global mindset to share in best practice, strive to ensure you have captured all read across itemsChampion talent development across the team, effectively following talent processes and investing in hiring, growth, and succession, including integration of DEI initiativesPromote a working environment that encourages employee involvement to achieve excellence in all aspects of SQDC and complianceQualifications/RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical disciplineMinimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain with a minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experienceDesired CharacteristicsStrong knowledge in the disciplines of manufacturing management such as production and inventory control, quality systems, cost systems and fulfillment metricsAbility to collaborate and lead cross-functionally, influencing across a matrix organization while connecting and building relationships with all levels of the siteExhibits the GE Vernova WayLeads with a Lean mindset and is skilled at applying Lean tools to improve business operationsDemonstrated record of success in leading manufacturing operationsStrong communication and analytical abilities and the capacity to drive continuous improvementStrong organization and planning skills and have demonstrated expertise in providing strategic direction and further developing bench strengthCoaching, development and organizational leadership skillsDemonstrated ability to foster positive employee relationsStrong commitment to qualityThe salary range for this position is $170,000 to $350,000 USD.

    The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's geographic location, experience, education, skill set, and work location.

    This position is also eligible for variable incentive compensation and equity. Benefits include health and additional benefits.
