    Description

    A highly succesful and growing restaurant group is looking to add a dynamic and energetic Real Estate Development Manager to handle new site acquisitions and development within Minnesota. This role will oversee the new development of locations and will work internally with the Market Planning, Operations Services, and Construction Teams to drive strategic growth for a fast-growing brand.

    This is a new position being added to the team to keep up with growth and an amazing opportunity to work with a renown brand.

    Note: This is a remote plus travel position - MUST reside in Minnesota, Iowa, North/South Dakota or Western Wisconsin

    Position Requirements:


    • Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field with 2-5 years' experience in corporate commercial real estate and market research analysis in the QSR or Fast Casual industry.


    • Previous experience working with franchised brands a plus


    • Ground up development and site selection inspection


    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system & a proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.


    • Ability to effectively analyze and evaluate information to make decisions, solve problems and achieve goals.


    • Ability to build strong working relationships with other critical departments outside development.


    • Strong communication skills to read, listen, understand, and communicate information and ideas in a clear and understandable manner, both orally and in writing.


    • Ability to process information including gathering, assessing, organizing, auditing, and verifying data.

    Compensation: $120,000 - $130,000 base, uncapped bonus program, company car & gas card, comprehensive health, dental, and vision, 401k with a company match, PTO, and much more.
