    Description

    Job Title: Purchasing Manager

    Schedule: In-office, 4 days a week

    Salary: $100k - $115k + 10% bonus and profit sharing

    Benefits: Comprehensive package including 401k, PTO, Health Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, and more

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure timely material availability for production to meet goals
    • Collaborate with various departments to align procurement objectives
    • Develop and refine supply chain strategies and processes
    • Manage departmental leadership and performance
    • Cultivate relationships with suppliers for optimal material management
    • Drive cost-saving initiatives and project collaborations
    • Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders
    • Budget management and exception reporting

    Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MRP systems
    • Detail-oriented and organized
    • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • 5 years of supervisory or production management experience
    • Supply chain or procurement background a plus
