Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist - PIM, WordPress, HubSpot

Contract to hire

Huntersville, NC (Can be remote with travel to Huntersville on occasion)

SMART IT People has a contract to hire opportunity for a Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist with our client in Huntersville, NC. This is primarily a PIM specialist who can set up a PIM system from scratch and integrate systems with it. This role involves a lot of Project Management with a technical aspect, collecting business requirements and working with the vendors who perform the development work. This is working with the IT Platform, and not a marketing/advertising role.

80% PIM and integration with PIM

Website/WordPress

10% HubSpot (Marketing Automation and CRM)

UX/UI

Project Management

Must have skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing or related field

3+ years of PIM Systems experience (such as Amplifi, inriver, Salsify, Precisely, Akeneo, etc.)

Must have experience setting up a PIM system from scratch and integration of other systems with PIM.

3+ years Website/Wordpress experience

3+ years Marketing automation and CRM tool (HubSpot preferred)

3+ years project management

Must be technical and detailed oriented

Nice to have skills:

B2B Marketing nice to have

Amplifi PIM

HubSpot (CRM)

UX/UI project

Job description:

Set up Amplifi PIM from scratch for 2 divisions . 1 division is already set up but needs to be managed.

Integrate systems such as Power BI with Amplifi PIM.

Project manage, collect business requirements and work with vendors who complete the development work

Utilize Jira ticketing system for updates and validation

Work on resolving production issues with the vendors

Work with sales team to build out requirements for marketing automation

Operate, administer and work on projects (mostly related to data movement) for marketing and e-commerce systems.

Manage product data and sync with other systems (eCommerce, ERP, etc) as well as manage marketing related data (visuals, documentation, etc.) using Amplifi, a Product Information Management (PIM) system.

On eCommerce platform (WooCommerce), set up users, import data, interface with delivery teams (eCommerce vendor or internal ERP team) to resolve issues with customer quotes, orders, or product data.

Perform website related functions such as product search, product configurators, content management, and oversee development.

Use CRM (HubSpot) for marketing campaigns, pipeline management as well as traditional sales functions.
