    Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
    Overview: We are seeking a seasoned financial professional with a strong track record in finance and banking to join our organization as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring the fiscal health of our company.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
    • Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, taxation, and risk management.
    • Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team and board of directors to support decision-making and drive business growth.
    • Manage and optimize capital structure, investments, and financial resources to maximize profitability and shareholder value.
    • Collaborate with banking partners and maintain strong relationships to leverage financial services and resources effectively.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
    • Lead financial risk assessment and mitigation efforts.
    • Implement financial controls and best practices to safeguard company assets.
    • Foster a culture of financial discipline and transparency throughout the organization.
    • Participate in mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships as a financial expert.
    • Monitor financial performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the finance.
    • A track record of at least 5 years in a banking-related role.
    • Proven experience in a senior finance leadership position.
    • Strong financial acumen and a deep understanding of financial analysis and reporting.
    • Exceptional strategic and analytical skills.
    • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
    • CPA, CFA, or MBA in finance preferred.
