    Business Office Manager:

    We are looking for an experienced medical practice manager for a growing medical practice in Jacksonville. The ideal candidate must have strong communication, office operations, human resource management, business development, and financial skills. The position requires 3-5 years of leadership experience.



    Office Manager Criteria:
    • Minimum 5 years experience in Hospitality or Medical management
    • Experience in team management
    • Confident in giving direction
    • Hard-working and a team player
    • Desire for professional growth
    • Flexible availability
    • Offers medical benefits and 401k

    The medical practice is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Medical Office Manager with excellent managerial, administrative, and communication skills.


    Responsibilities:
    • Organizing office operations and procedures
    • Overseeing billing, collections, vendor management, inventory, and equipment
    • Good time management and organizational skills
    • Managing office maintenance, supplies, bills, and errands
    • Scheduling appointments and coordinating office tasks
    • Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires
    • Managing office budget and vendor contracts
    • Providing general support to visitors
    • Plan office activities and events

    Requirements and Skills:
    • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
    • Proficiency in MS Office and office machines
    • Excellent time management and communication skills
    • High School degree required

    Job Type: Full-time

    Experience:
    • 2+ years in HR, Office Manager, or Hospitality (Preferred)
    • 2+ years in Team Management (Preferred)
    • 2+ years in Medical Management (Preferred)
