    Description

    Whittingham is currently expanding its team and is seeking Sales Representatives with excellent customer service skills to join one of the leading supplemental benefits companies in the country with over 65 years of experience. The company is actively growing in various territories and is in immediate need of dynamic Sales Representatives with ambitious goals.



    About the Sales Representative Position:
    As a Sales Representative, you will serve as the crucial link between the company and its customers. You will have the opportunity to embark on a career path towards management within 60-90 days. Our internal training program is designed for internal advancement, offering you control over a rewarding career trajectory from day one. Our team avoids cold-calling or client solicitation, as our public relations department maintains relationships with over 44,000 groups across North America to deliver supplemental benefits.


    Requirements:
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Basic computer knowledge
    • Strong work ethics
    • Outgoing, energetic, and with a positive personality
    • Accountability and coachability
    • Effective time management abilities
    • Must pass a criminal background check
    • No prior experience required as comprehensive training will be provided
    • Benefits available after 90 days
    • Competitive weekly pay range: $70,000 - $75,000 (average 1st year)
    • Additional bonuses and Retirement Plan offered
