    About Sales Representative's Position:

    Join our team at Whittingham and become a vital link between the company and our customers. This role offers you the opportunity to advance into a management position in just 60-90 days. You'll be part of a training program that prioritizes internal growth, empowering you to take charge of your career journey right from the start. Forget about cold-calling - our focus is on leveraging our vast network of connections with over 44,000 groups across North America to deliver exceptional supplemental benefits.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent communication skills
    • Basic computer knowledge
    • Strong work ethics
    • Outgoing, energetic, and positive attitude
    • Accountability and openness to coaching
    • Effective time management abilities
    • Ability to pass a criminal background check
    • No prior experience required - comprehensive training provided
    • Benefits package available after 90 days
    • Competitive weekly pay ($70,000 - $75,000 average in the first year)
