    Description

    Whittingham is expanding its team and seeking Sales Representatives with top-notch customer service skills for a leading supplemental benefits company with over 65 years of experience. The company is growing in its territories and is currently seeking dedicated Sales Representatives with ambitious objectives.



    About the Sales Representative's Role:
    As a Sales Representative, you will act as the vital link between the company and its customers. You will have the opportunity to fast-track into a management position within 60-90 days. Our in-house training program is designed to empower you and put you in charge of your career journey from day one. We do not engage in cold-calling; instead, our public relations department collaborates with over 44,000 groups across North America to offer them supplemental benefits.


    Requirements:
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Basic computer knowledge
    • Strong work ethics
    • Outgoing, fun, and energetic with a positive demeanor
    • Accountability and coachability
    • Effective time management
    • Able to pass a criminal background check (No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided)
    • Benefits available after 90 days
    • Weekly pay ($70,000 - $75,000 average in the first year)
