    Position summary: The Philanthropy Specialist will work to assist the Philanthropy Program Director to execute the Philanthropy Program for the Triumph Financial Enterprise. This individual will assist with matters relate to program development, work with marketing and communication to share about our efforts, build relationships with non-profit partners, and help the enterprise make an impact on the community through volunteerism, financial giving, and other resources. As a brand ambassador for the organization, this individual will engage team members by helping plan volunteer events for team members, and will engage the community by identifying opportunities to partner with non-profit organizations. This individual will also be responsible for analyzing data related to our volunteerism and giving efforts, as well as providing related communication updates to Marketing and Communication to share internally with team members and through social media.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Track data related to financial donations and volunteer service, used to analyze team member engagement, program success, and community impact.
    • Assist in the development of content for internal and external marketing communications projects including brochures, digital signage, social media, websites, emails, and newsletters.
    • Provide administrative support for enterprise wide initiatives including the TBK Scholars Program, annual mission trip with Living Water International, Annual Volunteer Challenge, and Corporate Matching Gifts Program.
    • Perform vendor management related to ordering volunteer t-shirts, prizes for volunteer challenges, gift cards for winners of drawings.
    • Review company websites each quarter to ensure accuracy and alignment with Philanthropy message.
    • Plan events such as quarterly lunch and learns with non-profit partners in Dallas and volunteer events (for all team members, and for individual departments and teams by request).
    • Prepare quarterly reports for company leadership and internal teams detailing philanthropic impact (including quarterly CRA reporting).
    • Review and research submissions from team members suggesting opportunities for non-profit partnerships. Information to be used by Philanthropy Committee.
    • Be an ambassador across the company for philanthropic involvement.
    • Ensure team members log their volunteer hours in Kadince.
    • Serve as Gatekeeper for Kadince, our software for tracking donations and services.
    • Other duties as assigned by Philanthropy Program Director.
    Experience & Education:
    • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university required.
    • 1-2 years of relevant experience, including non-profit, ministry, or volunteer experience.
    Skills & Abilities Required:
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with an impeccable attention to detail.
    • Ability to influence others without formal authority.
    • Self-motivated and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively while prioritizing heavy workloads and meeting time sensitive deadlines.
    • Ability to work on multiple projects at one time.
    • Creative and able to brainstorm new projects and new ways of engaging team members in philanthropy.
    • Team player with a strong work ethic; promotes and enjoys a creative work environment.
    • Servant-hearted, willing to help with miscellaneous tasks such as distributing t-shirts and collecting cash donations from team members.
    • Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills along with great organization skills, attention to detail and a sense of humor.
    • Critical thinking and problem solving skills with the ability to understand complex projects. A high degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
    • Intermediate skills - Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Vendor management experience, a plus.
    • Kadince experience, a plus (volunteer and donation tracking software).
    • Some work required outside the regular work day (evenings and weekend) for team member volunteer events.
