- Check all orders to ensure they contain the correct items and perform a quality check control
- Verify the addresses, route plan, and manifest
- Pack the order and change bag into the vehicle using department approved storage devices
- Ensure the vehicle is operating properly and free of warning/indicator lights
- Enforce all safety regulations and policies
- Complete reports and delivery documentation as required
- Promotes a work environment that is positive, compassionate, customer oriented, and compliant with state and local laws and regulations as well as established company policies
- Ensure effective communication and teamwork across functional areas and team members to achieve company goals.
- Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business
- Must be 25 years of age or older with 6 years of satisfactory driving history (driving/insurance requirements)
- Able to pass all background checks/fingerprinting as required by state cannabis agencies
- Able to provide valid badging/credentials as required by state cannabis agencies
- High school diploma/GED required
- 1-3 years in a driving/delivery role or in cannabis

- Work is primarily performed in a dispensary setting. The working area may be odorous at times and loud due to fans and filtration systems, fluctuating between cold and warm temperatures.
- Work is also performed while driving/operating a vehicle and delivering packages between facilities.
- Involves frequent contact with staff, vendors and customers.
- Physical requirements may include grasping, lifting, walking, standing, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions
- Must be able to frequently lift, carry, and balance up to 30 pounds, occasionally stooping, bending over/and or crouching
- Moderate to loud exposure to noise level and long periods of sitting
- Exposure to long periods of bright lights
- Long periods of prolonged use of office equipment including computers and phones
