    Description

    WHITTINGHAM is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team, someone with a strong drive and clear purpose. With over a century of experience in the industry, we are pioneers in our field.

    The ideal candidate will immerse themselves in our client service processes, catering to our existing base of 2,000 businesses, and actively expanding our clientele through referrals and generated leads. Additionally, you will be tasked with supervising a small team to carry out these responsibilities.

    As you gain expertise in our operational systems and procedures, you will gradually transition into the role of Agency Director. This position offers a competitive weekly compensation ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service existing client base
    • Research new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervision of team activities and performance
    • Training and mentoring new team members on established protocols
    • Daily reporting of field operations using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Ongoing focus on recruitment, training, and leadership enhancement

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
    • Proven track record of effective time management and meeting deadlines
    • Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate efficiently when required
    • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment
    • Passion for assisting others and nurturing professional relationships
    • Sales or customer service background
    • Self-driven with a goal-oriented approach
    • Community involvement interest
    • Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Salesforce

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory
    • Clear background check and access to personal transportation
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period before potential progression
