Description
Whittingham is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team who is driven by passion and purpose. With a legacy of 120 years in the industry, we are pioneers in what we do.
In this role, you will immerse yourself in our service process for our existing base of 2,000 business clients, as well as cultivate new relationships to expand our clientele through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading a small team to carry out these tasks effectively.
You will evolve into an expert in training team members under your guidance, with a clear path towards assuming the role of Agency Director as you master our systems and procedures.
This position offers weekly compensation in the range of $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.

Strong leadership qualities with effective supervisory skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities when necessary. Adaptable to high-paced and occasionally demanding environments. Strong inclination towards aiding individuals and building strong relationships. Exceptional time management and organizational abilities. Background in sales or customer service. Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset. Community-oriented with a desire to engage actively. Proficiency in CRMs (Salesforce proficiency is a plus).
