    Description

    WHITTINGHAM is seeking Sales Representatives with excellent customer service skills for a leading supplemental benefits company with over 65 years of experience. The company is expanding and looking for dedicated individuals with ambitious goals.

    As a Sales Representative, you will act as a vital link between the company and the customers. This role offers the opportunity to progress into a management position within 60-90 days. You will be part of a training program that prioritizes internal promotion, empowering you to take charge of a successful career path from the outset.

    Our representatives do not engage in cold-calling or client solicitation. Instead, our public relations department has established connections with over 44,000 groups in North America, assisting them with supplemental benefits.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent communication skills
    • Basic computer knowledge
    • Strong work ethics
    • Outgoing, lively, and upbeat personality
    • Accountability and coachability
    • Effective time management
    • Must pass a criminal background check

    No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success.

    Benefits (after 90 days):

    • Weekly pay ($70,000 - $75,000 average in the first year)
