    Description

    Whittingham is currently expanding its team and searching for skilled Sales Representatives with exceptional customer service abilities for a leading supplementary benefits organization with a rich history of over 65 years in the industry. The company is growing its presence in various territories and urgently requires committed Sales Representatives with ambitious aspirations.

    About the Sales Representative's Role:

    • Acting as a crucial link between the company and clients, Sales Representatives are offered the opportunity to enter a management career path in just 60-90 days. The company provides an internal promotion-focused training program that empowers you to steer your career journey from day one.
    • Avoiding cold-calling and client solicitation, our Sales Representatives benefit from a robust public relations department that maintains connections with more than 44,000 organizations throughout North America, enabling us to offer them supplementary benefits.

    Requirements:

    • Superb communication skills
    • Basic understanding of computer operations
    • Strong work ethic
    • Outgoing, dynamic, and upbeat personality
    • Accountability and willingness to be coached
    • Effective time management abilities
    • Successful completion of a criminal background check. No prior experience is mandatory as we provide comprehensive training for your success.
    • Benefits eligibility after 90 days
    • Weekly pay ranging from $70,000 to $75,000 in the first year on average
    • Bonuses and retirement plan included.
