    As a Director of Finance, you will play a crucial role in our company's financial operations.

    This role is a unique blend of strategic and operational responsibilities, offering the chance to drive our financial strategy while ensuring our day-to-day financial health.

    You will be responsible for overseeing budgeting, funding, treasury management, and financial reporting.

    You will use your skills in PowerBI/Tableau, SQL, and financial modeling to analyze and present financial data in a meaningful way.

    This is a high-impact role, and we're looking for someone with a strong track record in finance and a passion for driving results.

    Oversee the company's budgeting, financial forecasting, and capital raising efforts.
    Manage treasury function, including cash flow planning, investment management, and risk mitigation.
    Develop and maintain financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation.
    Collaborate with senior management to understand and support strategic business decisions using financial data.
    Use PowerBI/Tableau and SQL to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
    Develop financial models to support valuation, planning, and forecasting.
    Ensure all financial operations comply with federal and state laws.
    Provide leadership and support to finance team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
    Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks.
    Retain constant awareness of the company's financial position and act to prevent problems.
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, with a proven track record of success.

    Strong knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
    Proficiency in PowerBI/Tableau, SQL, and financial modeling tools.
    Exceptional knowledge of financial data analysis and forecasting.
    Profound understanding of treasury management and funding strategies.
    Demonstrated strategic planning and business development experience.
