    Description

    High growth private equity backed company in Miami (hybrid with a lot of flexibility) is seeking a rising star to join the finance team of an amazing mission-based organization. This role is an FP&A Director, reporting directly to the CFO who is an outstanding leader They were recently acquired by a new private equity sponsor so there is a huge runway ahead.

    They have a great track record of promoting from within the company. With the core values being trust and inspire, they believe in investing in talent. This role will be hands-on with everything FP&A related – building complex financial models for short and long-term planning, creating/maintain budgets and forecasts, acquisition integration, KPI analysis/reporting, creating dashboards, and reporting for internal and external stakeholders, and preparing Board presentations. High visibility with PE sponsors and Executives. The person in this position must be excited about joining a fast-paced challenging environment and not afraid to roll up their sleeves. Excellent communication skills, humility, and a driven personality are critical for this role. Compensation in the range of $160-190K + bonus + future equity.

    Background:

    • Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or economics REQUIRED
    • CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred (not required)
    • 8-15 years of progressive finance/FP&A experience in a high-growth organization
    • Multi-entity consolidations required
    • Strong data analytics, dashboard creation, KPI analysis/reporting skills required
    • Must have experience building complex financial models from scratch
    • Power BI or Tableau preferred
    • Advanced Excel skills required
