My client is seeking a highly motivated individual with exceptional customer service skills to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer service to our valued customers.

As a Customer Service Representative, your duties will include:

Handling inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously

Assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests

Providing accurate information about our products, services, and promotions

Processing orders, returns, and exchanges

Resolving customer complaints or issues efficiently and effectively

Maintaining customer records and updating information as required

Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

To be considered for this position, there are certain requirements that you must fulfill:

Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment, specifically with handling physical goods

Familiarity with production and shipping processes for physical goods

Strong customer service skills for addressing customer needs over the phone or electronically

Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently

Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

Located near Matawan, NJ to allow for potential on-site work

High school diploma or equivalent

Reliable transportation for potential local travel
