Our company specializes in manufacturing medical scrub uniforms, dedicated to offering healthcare professionals with comfortable, practical, and fashionable clothing. We are currently looking for an office manager to handle daily operations as we expand.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Polite phone etiquette
- Details on nursing uniform merchandise
- Address and fix order and invoice problems
- Record and revise customer information
- Build and update a database of changing products and services
- Establish strong bonds with customers
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or similar roles
- Skilled in establishing connections with clients
- Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing tasks
- Demonstrates a positive and professional attitude
- Possesses strong written and verbal communication abilities
Job Type:
Part-time
Pay:
$ $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Brooklyn, NY 11203: Relocate before starting work (required)
