You are a flexible, resourceful, self-starter who excels at handling sticky situations with speed and confidence. You communicate clearly and calmly with even the most frustrated customers and are able to think on your feet to find creative solutions. You are just as comfortable at working independently as you are with continuous collaboration with teammates. You thrive in environments that may change on the drop of a dime while still remaining consistent in routine tasks.
Responsibilities
Provide live-time virtual support to customers via email, text (SMS), and other electronic channels. With occasional phone support as needed.
Proactively anticipate customer needs to deliver effective and efficient solutions, and nurture customer relationships with the company.
Maintain updated knowledge of all aspects of ClusterTrucks proprietary ordering platform, business operations, and menu offerings and can easily provide recommendations and alternatives.
Thoroughly collect and record customer feedback and trends, and share with appropriate departments and team members.
Produce case studies of trending customer feedback and propose new solutions to product and engineering team
Collaborate with Customer Experience team on customer acquisition and retention campaigns.
Other duties as assigned by a manager.

This is not a strictly remote position, must be available to work on-site as needed.
This is position requires a computer, reliable internet access, and your undivided attention during a shift. After an on-site training period, you will have opportunities to work remotely. Those who emerge as leaders in this growing department will have opportunities to advance as the company continues to expand. Restaurant experience/knowledge is preferred, but not required. Competitive industry pay.
