Job Opportunity: Multimedia Manager

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Multimedia Manager to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for visual storytelling, expertise in video and photo production, and a proven ability to develop captivating multimedia content. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video content and graphic applications for various digital platforms, focusing on innovative concepts, social-first video production, and in-store displays.

Working closely with our content team, you will lead the development of digital and in-store content that aligns with our brand strategy and voice. You will oversee a team of multimedia specialists dedicated to photography and post-production.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute engaging video and photo content for marketing initiatives, social media campaigns, and internal communications.
• Create compelling multimedia assets that drive store traffic, enhance the digital experience, and reinforce brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop multimedia strategies that resonate with our brand identity and objectives.
• Manage all aspects of video and photo production, ensuring quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Supervise a team of multimedia specialists, providing guidance and support for project completion.
• Work with external partners when necessary to enhance our multimedia capabilities.
• Ensure all multimedia content meets quality standards and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Production, Film Production, Photography, or related field.
• Minimum of 4+ years of video production and photography experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite and video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.
• Strong skills in photo editing software such as Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop.
• Passion for storytelling, scriptwriting, and visual design.
• Excellent understanding of video fundamentals and editing techniques.
• Experience with 3D modeling programs for graphic applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Previous retail or agency experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Portfolio showcasing video, motion graphics, or animation projects.
• Knowledge of sound design and 3D animation software.
• Familiarity with video production equipment and techniques.
• Production experience, including creating mood boards and managing talent on set.
