    Position Overview:

    • Our banking client is in need of a highly skilled Senior Project Coordinator with extensive experience in financial services, focusing on PeopleSoft Hyperion Integration.
    • Required minimum of 8 years experience in banking or financial sector.
    • Ideal candidate proficient in managing financials across different workstreams, processing invoices, tracking SOWs, and reporting on financials and budgets. Additionally, responsible for monitoring Clarity and Planview allocations and overseeing iFWS and CAS.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Financial Management:
    • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of financials across various workstreams.
    • Handle invoices, SOW tracking, budgets, reconciliations, accruals, and CIP.
    • Provide detailed insights and updates on financials and budgets.
    • Allocation Tracking:
    • Oversee Clarity and Planview allocations for precise financial tracking and resource management.
    • Manage iFWS and CAS for financial operations support.
    • Project Coordination:
    • Efficiently manage project allocations across multiple workstreams to adhere to budgets and optimize resource usage.
    • Create detailed financial reports and communicate effectively on burn rates and project financial status.
    • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Deliver clear updates to stakeholders on financial status and project progress.
    • Address any financial reporting or allocation tracking discrepancies effectively.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience:
    • 8+ years in financial services, particularly in banking or financial settings.
    • Demonstrated experience in managing and reporting on budgets and financials.
    • Experience overseeing project allocations across various workstreams.
    • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in PeopleSoft Hyperion for financial management.
    • Familiarity with Clarity and Planview for allocation tracking.
    • Experience with iFWS and CAS for financial workflow and cost accounting management.
    • Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills to convey financial information clearly.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with accuracy and meeting deadlines.
