A data Analyst skilled in R, SAS, data analysis, visualization, and dashboard planning. Currently pursuing a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology at Texas A&M, I have extensive experience leading data projects at Metabolon and optimizing data management to improve public health.

I am an accomplished Data Curation Expert proficient in identifying metabolomic data patterns using tools like LIMS, R, SQL, and SciexOS software. In my role as Lead Biostatistician, I refined quantification methods, designed experiments, and created statistical reports and visualizations for metabolomic product development. My expertise extends to conducting targeted analyte analysis for up to 15 research projects weekly, leading method development, and managing over 3,000 publications to ensure data validation and accuracy. I have also contributed cross-departmentally by identifying process inefficiencies and developing quality assurance plans. As a Software Development Auditor, I ensured quality control in new software implementations. Additionally, I have presented my SAS and data curation expertise to company-wide audiences and utilized AWS, SQL, and SAS for large cohort study data visualization and program planning. At Mako Medical, I coordinated PCR testing for COVID-19, developed lab reagents, facilitated genomic information transfer, and managed drive-thru testing sites, contributing to public health efforts during the pandemic.

I hold a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Epidemiology, where I specialized in data management and analysis for public health research. My coursework and research projects covered a wide range of public health topics, including congenital syphilis, injuries in children related to infrastructure, attention deficit disorders in teens who smoked cigarettes, diabetes demographics, and malaria infection across different ethnicities. This education provided me with advanced skills in handling large datasets, performing complex statistical analyses, and translating data findings into actionable public health insights.
