- TL Feight brokers experience is a must
- Works with customers and carrier partners to ensure satisfactory deliveries
- Handles sales, rate negotiations, and billing
- Manages customer accounts and solves problems
- Performs data entry functions
- Tracks and traces cargo
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, related field, or equivalent experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Customer Management Systems
- Data entry skills with attention to detail
- Experience working in a Customer Service role
- Transportation industry experience preferred
