Key Account Manager (KAM) will manage a specific large customer account in the Orlando, Florida area.

Job Overview
Power Services Group (PSG) is a rapidly growing company focused on the power generation industry. Over the next five years company sales is expected to experience significant growth. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is goal driven, who enjoys working with people, and who can help achieve aggressive sales objectives. We require an organized, self-motivated individual that will continue to develop one of our key accounts and act as a liaison for main aspects of our business – sales, customer service, production, quality. The KAM would be responsible for achieving specific account development goals.
The position will consist of communicating with an existing key account on a daily basis, primarily at their facility in the Orlando, Florida area. There will be a specific revenue budget assigned to the position as an annual revenue goal each year. There will be performance review periods regularly, the first coming after 30 days. The pay structure is set up with a competitive base salary plus bonus potential for achieving account goals focused on account management and growth.
Purpose:
This position will have responsibility for growing our presence with the assigned Key Account and achieving associated sales objectives. Key to success in this position is the development and maintenance of strong customer relationships.

The Key Account Manager's performance is measured against a set of Key Performance Indicators such as sales performance against budget, number of customer meetings, and strength of opportunity funnel.
Principal Working Relationships:
The principal internal working relationships are with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Outside Sales Manager, Customer Service Manager, Estimation, Quality, Project Management, and key Production personnel.
