    Description

    JOB SUMMARY:

    This position is responsible for variety of responsibilities including marketing support, social media management, tradeshow logistics, inside sales execution and account management, and contract operations. An ideal candidate will have an interest in gaining experience across multiple business departments and disciplines, with opportunity for growth. Additional marketing duties may be assigned as needed.

    RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

    Manage company-wide social media planning, management, and growth efforts.

    Execute inside sales orders from businesses looking to board less than 5 payment devices and provide post-sale customer support.

    Manage contract execution for sales organization, including boarding new customers in Partner Studio and Sage 500, filing contracts, and maintaining contract-related sales and marketing metrics.

    Support Marketing management in maintenance and upkeep of HubSpot CRM.

    Manage tradeshow logistics including research, planning, budgeting, registration, sponsorship fulfillment, travel coordination, meeting coordination, device prep, swag, packing, and shipping.

    Work with tradeshow and conference vendors, e.g. exhibit house, printers, etc., to ensure timely, cost-effective execution.

    Support Marketing management in developing event-related collateral, including but not limited to: pre-event marketing collateral, sales materials, client/customer facing messaging and pre-show and post-show communications.

    Potential travel to, and support onsite execution and management of, a few key events, including show set-up and take-down.

    Track expenses and assist in complete financial reconciliation.

    Maintain show schedules, project checklist and processes through management templates.

    QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

    4-year college degree.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong focus on execution and results.

    Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with an ability to communicate at all levels of an organization both internally and externally.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.

    Strong organizational and planning skills.

    Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up, budgeting, and time management skills.

    Adept at handling multiple complex projects simultaneously under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

    Knowledge of marketing communications and graphics helpful.

    Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products.

    Self-motivated, team–oriented with demonstrated experience of attaining team goals.

    Occasional business travel to support major industry events where Apriva is exhibiting.

    Propensity and willingness to learn complex technical fintech industry on a steep learning curve.
