    Job Summary:

    As a Senior Archer Developer, you will have a key role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the RSA Archer Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform. Your experience will be pivotal in leading the development team, working closely with stakeholders, and architecting robust solutions to meet risk management and compliance requirements.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to comprehend complex risk management, compliance, and governance needs.
    • Create scalable and efficient solutions within the RSA Archer platform, focusing on long-term maintainability and extensibility.
    • Configure and customize Archer platform components like applications, questionnaires, data feeds, workflows, notifications, reports, and dashboards.
    • Offer technical leadership and guidance to junior developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and design principles.
    • Develop and maintain custom solutions in the Archer platform to address intricate business requirements, utilizing advanced functionalities and integrations.
    • Integrate Archer with external systems and data sources, using APIs, data feed managers, and scripting for seamless data exchange.
    • Perform advanced data analysis and manipulation to support sophisticated reporting and decision-making processes.
    • Provide expert-level technical support to resolve escalated issues and troubleshoot incidents promptly.
    • Document technical designs, configurations, and procedures comprehensively to facilitate knowledge sharing and system maintenance.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and RSA Archer platform updates to assess their relevance and potential benefits for the organization.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including IT security, compliance, audit, and business units to align GRC initiatives with organizational objectives.
    • Participate in project planning, estimation, and execution to ensure successful delivery of Archer solutions within defined timelines and budget constraints.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

    6 to 10 years of experience with the RSA Archer GRC platform, showcasing successful implementations and complex solution design.

    • Advanced understanding of risk management, compliance, and governance principles, with hands-on experience translating business requirements into Archer solutions.
    • Proficiency in Archer platform administration, configuration, and development, including advanced customization and scripting.
    • Extensive experience with Archer Data Feed Manager, Archer RESTful API, and Archer Control Panel.
    • Strong command of web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML for developing custom front-end solutions within the Archer platform.
    • In-depth knowledge of SQL and database concepts for complex data manipulation, reporting, and integration.
    • Experience with Snowflake and Python integration is beneficial for modern data platforms and advanced data processing.
    • Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools for interactive dashboards and visualizations.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
    • Leadership skills to mentor junior developers, prioritize tasks, and manage priorities effectively.
    • RSA Archer Certified Administrator (CA) or RSA Archer Certified Associate (CA) certification is required.
