    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand complex risk management, compliance, and governance needs.
    • Architect scalable and efficient solutions within the RSA Archer platform, considering long-term maintainability and extensibility.
    • Configure and customize Archer platform components including applications, questionnaires, data feeds, workflows, notifications, reports, and dashboards.
    • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and design principles.
    • Develop and maintain custom solutions within the Archer platform to address intricate business requirements, leveraging advanced functionalities and integrations.
    • Integrate Archer with external systems and data sources, utilizing APIs, data feed managers, and scripting to ensure seamless data exchange and synchronization.
    • Perform advanced data analysis and manipulation to support sophisticated reporting and decision-making processes.
    • Provide expert-level technical support to resolve escalated issues and troubleshoot complex incidents in a timely manner.
    • Document technical designs, configurations, and procedures comprehensively to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain system integrity.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and updates within the RSA Archer platform, evaluating their applicability and potential benefits to the organization.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including IT security, compliance, audit, and business units to align GRC initiatives with organizational objectives and priorities.
    • Participate in project planning, estimation, and execution activities, ensuring the successful delivery of Archer solutions within defined timelines and budget constraints.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

    6 to 10 years of proven experience working with the RSA Archer GRC platform, with a demonstrable track record of successful implementations and complex solution design.


    • Expert-level understanding of risk management, compliance, and governance principles, with hands-on experience in translating business requirements into Archer solutions.
    • Proficiency in Archer platform administration, configuration, and development, including advanced customization and scripting capabilities.
    • Extensive experience with Archer Data Feed Manager, Archer RESTful API, and Archer Control Panel.
    • Strong command of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML, with the ability to develop custom front-end solutions within the Archer platform.
    • In-depth knowledge of SQL and database concepts for complex data manipulation, reporting, and integration tasks.
    • Experience with Snowflake and Python integration is a plus, demonstrating the ability to integrate Archer with modern data platforms and utilize Python for advanced data processing and analysis.
    • Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools is desirable, enabling the creation of interactive dashboards and visualizations to enhance data-driven decision-making within the organization.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior developers, prioritize tasks, and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
    • RSA Archer Certified Administrator (CA) or RSA Archer Certified Associate (CA) certification is required, showcasing a commitment to ongoing professional development and mastery of the Archer platform.
