Westwood Lakes, FL is a company within the Richard Grießbach Holding, an owner-managed medium-sized group of companies with around 350 employees.

The company develops and produces vacuum toilets, interior doors, partitions, and entry aids for renowned rail vehicle manufacturers in Europe.


As a reputable supplier, the company also designs and manufactures hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical components and assemblies for industries such as agriculture.


We are currently seeking a Head of Quality Management (m/f/d) for our location in Dippoldiswalde near Dresden to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Organizing the quality management system
  • Implementing requirements according to ISO 9001 and ISO IRIS)
  • Process organization in the area of customer and supplier quality (complaints, audits)
  • Leading the improvement process and further development of the QMS
  • Supporting development projects (quality planning, risk analysis, sample testing)

Qualifications:

  • Completed degree in mechanical engineering/mechatronics/electrical engineering
  • Practical experience in quality engineering and quality management
  • Basic knowledge in manufacturing or design
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, and flexibility
  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Independent, structured work style and high quality awareness
  • Teamwork and reliability
