**We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant for our partner at our location in Medaryville, IN. The company designs and produces high-quality handmade glasses in-house. This involves combining creative concepts with technical expertise and craftsmanship with high-tech, resulting in precise handiwork combined with new technologies.


Your responsibilities

  • You will provide professional, personal, and competent support to international customers, representatives, and distributors via phone and email
  • You will carefully document and maintain all inquiries and information in the ticket system
  • Handling orders and complaints will be part of your tasks
  • You will be responsible for invoice clarifications and debt management
  • You will work on identifying process weaknesses

Your profile

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship
  • Fluent in German, English, and French (written and spoken)
  • You have excellent communication skills and a customeroriented mindset
  • You enjoy interacting and communicating with customers
  • You are a team player, flexible, and committed, and can work independently with a sense of responsibility
