Team Assistant / Office Management Assistant (m/f/d) in part-time at Reliance, SD
We are MEC, the national market leader for specialty retail centers and commercial real estate specialists.


The team of Center/Property Management plays a central role in our company: through comprehensive management of commercial properties, we ensure their profitability.

As an assistant in Center/Property Management, you will support our Center Managers.

Become our new team member


In our South region, we are currently looking for a part-time (20 hours per week, Monday to Friday) commercial employee / clerk (m/f/d) for property management.

Your fixed office location will be the Center Management at Saarbasar in Saarbrücken. From there, you will manage various properties in the region.


Your new challenges

  • Support in controlling and monitoring external service providers and tenant management
  • Participation in projects or independent handling of subprojects
  • Organization and coordination of meetings and appointments
  • Order processing and invoice management
  • Handling correspondence and mail management
  • Support in marketing activities, debt management, and reporting

What sets you apart

  • A commercial vocational training combined with a strong interest in commercial real estate
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication skills and excellent organizational abilities
  • Serviceoriented and responsible
