This role is integral in driving our organizational goals forward by ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our cloud-based infrastructure.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the administration of O365.
Act as the SharePoint Administrator.
Act as the Azure Administrator.
Manage Azure Active Directory, On-Premises Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
Design architecture for integrating core infrastructure technologies in support of enterprise applications.
Configure cloud infrastructure and management solutions.
Monitor cloud and on-premise resources to verify integrity and availability.
Troubleshoot operational issues, escalate as appropriate, and offer solutions.
Provide troubleshooting support for clients and internal IT teams.
Perform administrative processes for all cloud systems, including installation, backup, security, array management, and software patching.
Identify suitable third-party cloud solutions and service providers as per project or business requirements.
Manage Cloud Vendor Relationships.
Work in cross-functional teams to maintain a secure integration posture.
Provide cross-functional support for all Network and security operations.
Work outside of business hours may be required (requirement to be on call for system down/critical issues support).
Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Must have worked in an Azure Environment.
Knowledge and experience in Entra ID (previously Azure Active Directory).
Knowledge of or have worked with LAN, WAN, and SASE environments.
Knowledge or have worked with SaaS-based Backup/DR solutions.
Experience deploying Azure resources and other cloud technologies, including Office 365, PAAS, IAAS, SAAS, Power BI, etc.
Experience with Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access Policies, and third-party single sign-on technologies.
Experience with Azure Landing Pages, Blueprints, RBAC, and PowerShell scripting.
Experience with On-Prem to Cloud Migrations.
Python knowledge and mid-level experience.
Ability to identify needs of the business and create appropriate suggested plans for use and adoption.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Good understanding of how to build and execute test plans.
Good documentation skills.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organization and change management skills.
Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in MIS, CIS, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Equivalent Experience.
At least one mid-advanced certification needed in Cloud, server, virtual or below.
Azure Fundamentals certification a Plus.
Comp Tia Cloud+ or Cloud Essentials certification a plus.
Comp Tia Security + certification a plus.
M365 administration certifications a plus.
Environment and Benefits:
Salary:
$90,000 - $115,000
90/95% paid benefits
